We are delighted to share a message from BUBC alum Tom Booth, who is looking to gather BUBC alumni who are interested in racing with Meles. See Tom's message below.
Dear Meles.
As the world slowly returns to normal, a few of us have been entertaining the thought of getting back in the boat and have a Meles run at qualifying for Henley Royal 2022. Right now, this may or may not happen, could be small (a boat) or could be big (multiple HRR and WHRR) etc.
To get to get ball rolling, I have put together a little spreadsheet to gather peoples key information. If you think you might be interested in rowing, coxing, helping organise, coaching etc. please drop all the details in here:

I have had a couple of runs at Henley with Manchester alumni. It can be a lot of fun, a way to integrate the different vintages of Meles and the current club, and maybe help to raise some funds for the Meles sponsorship pot that supports the University club with coaching and equipment etc.
If you have any further questions, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with me directly – drtombooth@gmail.com
Cheers, Tom (BUBC Alumni 2006)
