• To display names in website sections such a Henley Honours and Chairs of BUBC. Note only relevant names will be displayed and no contact information will be given for these individuals.

• Site visit data for marketing and continual improvement of this website.

​This website has been built using the Wix.com website builder, and data is stored on the Wix.com database and is protected in secure servers by a firewall. All data collected is therefore subject to the Wix Privacy Policy. Wix is the 'processor' of data, and the BUBC Alumni is the 'controller'.

Who has access to your data

• A select group who manage this website, including but not limited to:

  • The President of the BUBC Alumni / Meles BC.

  • The Chair of BUBC.

  • BUBC Alumni news writers.

• Note: these individuals will not use your data for any personal or other BUBC related purposes, and only for communications via this website.

Information collected when donating to the Alumni Fund

Because the BUBC Alumni is independent from the University of Bath, data cannot be shared between organisations without consent. Therefore any data you give when making a donation to BUBC via the University of Bath Alumni Fund will not be shared with the BUBC Alumni without your consent. Under the current structure you will not be asked to share this information unless you have contributed to a specific project, and the club would like to say thank you.
